Cancellation Policy
Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time without penalty.
Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as missed appointments (no-shows), may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 35% of the scheduled service total.
Outstanding cancellation fees may need to be resolved before future appointments can be scheduled.
