Curious about a Hair & Scalp Assessment but not ready to commit? This brief introductory appointment is an opportunity to discuss your concerns, meet Eva, see the office, and learn more about the services offered at Tri-City Hair Care. The Discovery Session is designed to help you determine whether a full Hair & Scalp Assessment is right for you. The Discovery Session fee may be applied toward a future Hair & Scalp Assessment if scheduled within 30 days.

Hair & Scalp Assessment

A comprehensive assessment of your hair and scalp, including a detailed review of your history, current concerns, and contributing factors. Digital and microscopic imaging are included to provide a more in-depth assessment, offering insight into what may be affecting the hair and scalp beneath the surface. You’ll receive personalized recommendations and next steps based on your individual situation, which may include home care, product recommendations, cosmetic scalp care services, or referral to an appropriate healthcare professional when needed. If a program is recommended, the cost of your Initial Hair & Scalp Assessment will be applied toward that program.

Progress Review & Imaging

Designed for follow-up visits and ongoing progress tracking. Review your progress, assess your response to current recommendations, and make any necessary adjustments to support continued improvement. Digital and microscopic imaging are included to document changes over time and compare results with previous visits. You'll receive updated recommendations based on your progress, goals, and current hair and scalp findings. This appointment focuses on monitoring changes over time and does not include the comprehensive history review, detailed intake, or in-depth assessment performed during the Hair & Scalp Assessment. Progress Reviews are included for active program participants. Individual appointments are also available for clients who would like independent progress tracking and imaging.

Split End Detox

Unlike a traditional haircut, this specialized service focuses on selectively removing split ends throughout the hair while preserving as much length as possible. It is designed to complement your regular haircut appointments—not replace them—helping maintain healthier-looking hair between visits to your stylist. Because every head of hair is different, results will vary based on the amount of existing damage.
